Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Chana daal 1/4 cup
  2. Moong daal 1/4 cup
  3. Urad daal 1/4 cup
  4. Masoor daal 1/4 cup
  5. Tuverdaal 1/4 cup
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Water as required
  8. Turmeric powder 1/4 spoon
  9. Red chilli powder 1/4 spoon
  10. Garam masala 1/2 spoon
  11. Asafoetida a pinch
  12. Mustard seeds 1/2 spoon
  13. Cumin seeds 1/2 spoon
  14. Cloves 2
  15. Curry leaves
  16. Oil.as required

Instructions

  1. Take all daal.mix in a bowl.
  2. Wash and soake it.
  3. Then boil in the pressure cooker.
  4. Take a pan.
  5. Add oil. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds,Asafoetida, cloves and curry leaves
  6. Add boil daal. And all spices.
  7. Stir well so masala dissolved in it.
  8. Serve hot.
