Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 cup mashed ripen banana
  2. 3/4 cup butter
  3. 1/2 cup milk
  4. 2 tsp vanilla extract
  5. 1 cup granulated sugar
  6. 1 cup whole wheat flour
  7. 1/4 cup choco chips
  8. 1 tsp baking powder
  9. 1/2 tsp baking soda
  10. 1 tsp cardamom powder
  11. Few raisins
  12. Few cashew nuts
  13. 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Peel and mash ripen bananas.
  2. Take butter and granulated sugar, mix well and hand beat for 10 minutes.
  3. Sieve and add whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in to a mixing bowl.
  4. Add milk, vanilla extract, mashed bananas and cardamom powder.
  5. Mix well until all the ingredients incorporated into the wet ingredients.
  6. Add choco chips and mix well.
  7. Pour into a thick bottomed bowl.
  8. On the top add raisins and cashew nuts.
  9. Preheat the cooker by placing a rack and 1 cup salt inside.
  10. Now place it on 10 minutes preheated pressure cooker.
  11. Close the lid without gasket and whistle.
  12. Bake for 40 minutes in medium flame, insert a tooth pick and check whether it comes out clean or not. If not continue to bake further 5 minutes.
  13. Remove from the heat and allow it to cool for 10 minutes.
  14. Now demould it and cut in shapes as your wish and serve.
