Ingredients to make Gobhi paratha

  • 3 cups whole wheat flour (atta)
  • Grated cauliflower -2 cups
  • Chopped green chillies 2
  • Chopped dhaniya patta
  • oil
  • Astefoedia pinch
  • water
  • oil for paratha

How to make Gobhi paratha

  1. Satue the grate gobhi in some oil pinch of astefoedia and green chillies chopped garlic .
  2. Add chopped dhaniya leaves salt and toss .
  3. Knead the dough keep 15 min
  4. Roll the dough in 10 parts fill with stuffing brush with oil when turn golden serve with tomato chutney kheer

My Tip:

i usually use a hand grater for this purpose.
