Ingredients to make Rava adai

  • rava 1 cup
  • curd 1 cup
  • rice flour 2 tsp
  • onion
  • coconut 1/2 cup
  • curry leaves
  • salt

How to make Rava adai

  1. mix rava ,rice flour ,coconut and curd
  2. add roasted onion and green chilli. allow them to marinate for 15min
  3. batter must be little watery. heat the dosa pan. pour the batter
  4. fry both sides of the adai.
  5. serve hot as such. if needed can have coconut chutney with it.
