ABOUT Matar ki sabzi RECIPE

Its a winter dish with a gooful of greens like coriander leaves spring garlic and green peas

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Green peas 1/2 kgs
  2. Potatoes 2 pcs
  3. Spring garlic (lehsun patte) 3 pcs
  4. Coriander leaves a handful
  5. Green chillies 3-4 pcs
  6. Sugar 1/2 tsp
  7. Oil 3-4 tbsp (mustard oil)
  8. Salt n pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Peel the peas wash it .
  2. In a wok add oil add chopped spring garlic and green chillies saute a lil,not fry
  3. Add potatoes,fry a lil then add peas in it saute for 2 mins.then add salt n sugar and half glass water
  4. Cover it and cook till peas becomes tender in a medium flame.
  5. When oil separates add chopped coriander leaves and pepper powder.
  6. Serve hot with bread toast or paratha
