Ingredients to make Chutney idli

  • Sooji(semolina) 1 cup
  • salt to taste
  • Green coriander Chutney 2 spoon
  • baking soda 1/4spoon
  • water as required
  • curd 1/2 cup

How to make Chutney idli

  1. Take a bowl.
  2. Add sooji and curd.mix well.
  3. Rest for 30 minutes
  4. Add Chutney, baking soda.Mix well.
  5. Pour 2 tsp of batter into each greased mould and stem in a steamer for 8 to 10 minutes.
  6. Serve hot.

My Tip:

Serve with green chutney.
