Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Sooji(semolina) 1 cup
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Green Coriander Chutney 2 spoon
  4. Baking soda 1/4spoon
  5. Water as required
  6. Curd 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl.
  2. Add sooji and curd.mix well.
  3. Rest for 30 minutes
  4. Add Chutney, baking soda.Mix well.
  5. Pour 2 tsp of batter into each greased mould and stem in a steamer for 8 to 10 minutes.
  6. Serve hot.
