Ingredients to make Spring rolls

  • carrot - 2 chopped
  • French beans 100 grams chopped
  • capsicum - 1 chopped
  • cabbage - 1/4 chopped
  • spring onion chopped - 1 tablespoon
  • Spring roll sheets - 10 nos
  • chicken boiled and shredded- 1/2 cup
  • egg 1 scrambled
  • Soya sauce 1 tablespoon
  • pepper
  • salt

How to make Spring rolls

  1. Pour oil in a pan
  2. Add all the above ingredients and saute with soya sauce
  3. when the filling is ready take ready made spring roll sheets and put in the filling and roll into small spring rolls
  4. Seal it with maida paste ( Maida and water)
  5. Heat oil in a pan
  6. Deep Fry the rolls in a medium flame
