Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 5 sclice Brown or white bread
  2. 1 medium size potato
  3. 1/2cup chopped capsicum
  4. 1/2 cup peas
  5. 1 /2 chopped onion
  6. 1/4cup peanut
  7. 1/4 tsp cummin
  8. 1/4tsp fennel seed (saunf)
  9. 1/4 tsp mustard seed
  10. 1 green chilli chopped
  11. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  12. Red chilli as per taste
  13. Salt to taste
  14. 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
  15. 4to 5 currey leaves
  16. 1tbs oil
  17. 1/2 Gram masala or as per taste
  18. 1/4 cup water
  19. For garnishing :-
  20. 3 to 4 tsp chopped coriander
  21. 1/2 cup namkeen
  22. 3to 4tsp pomegranate
  23. Fry peanut

Instructions

  1. Take khadi and put oil in it
  2. When oil is hot fry the peanut and take out .
  3. Put cummin,fennel seeds,mustered ,currey leaves,chopped green chilli,
  4. Now add turmeric powder, red chilli.
  5. Put chopped potatoes, peas,capsicum and onion and cook till become soft.
  6. Now add water and salt in veggies
  7. Crumble the bread and put it in to khadai and mix well
  8. Now add gram masala and mix well
  9. Switch off the gas and add lemon juice and mix properly
  10. Garnish with coriender ,fry peanut and pomegranate .
  11. Sprinkle namkeen
  12. Serve hot
