Ingredients to make Bread poha

  • 5 sclice Brown or white bread
  • 1 medium size potato
  • 1/2cup chopped capsicum
  • 1/2 cup peas
  • 1 /2 chopped onion
  • 1/4cup peanut
  • 1/4 tsp cummin
  • 1/4tsp fennel seed (saunf)
  • 1/4 tsp mustard seed
  • 1 green chilli chopped
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • Red chilli as per taste
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp lemon Juice
  • 4to 5 currey leaves
  • 1tbs oil
  • 1/2 Gram masala or as per taste
  • 1/4 cup water
  • For garnishing :-
  • 3 to 4 tsp chopped coriander
  • 1/2 cup namkeen
  • 3to 4tsp pomegranate
  • Fry peanut

How to make Bread poha

  1. Take khadi and put oil in it
  2. When oil is hot fry the peanut and take out .
  3. Put cummin,fennel seeds,mustered ,currey leaves,chopped green chilli,
  4. Now add turmeric powder, red chilli.
  5. Put chopped potatoes, peas,capsicum and onion and cook till become soft.
  6. Now add water and salt in veggies
  7. Crumble the bread and put it in to khadai and mix well
  8. Now add gram masala and mix well
  9. Switch off the gas and add lemon juice and mix properly
  10. Garnish with coriender ,fry peanut and pomegranate .
  11. Sprinkle namkeen
  12. Serve hot

My Tip:

Do not add much water otherwise it turn in to halwa.sprinkle the water after adding bread
