Ingredients to make Langar wali aalo gobhi di sabji with ghee rotis

  • cauliflower 700 gm chopped
  • potatoes 3 chopped
  • onion 1 chopped
  • garlic 2 tablespoon chopped
  • ginger 2 teaspoon chopped
  • tomatoes 2 chopped
  • salt to taste
  • Asfetoida 1/4 teaspoon
  • Red chili powder 2 teaspoon
  • turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
  • Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon
  • green chillies slitted 2
  • mustard oil 3 tablespoon
  • coriander leaves for garnishing
  • water 1/4 cup

How to make Langar wali aalo gobhi di sabji with ghee rotis

  1. Heat oil in a pan when it is smoked add cumin seeds , garlic, asfetoida saute it for 1 minute. Add onion and ginger roast it till it becomes golden brown. Add chopped tomatoes and saute it till masala leaves oil..
  2. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and mix well. Add some water and add slitted green chillies chopped cauliflower and potato. Mix well so that all masala covered the veggies. Cook with covered lid till potatoes and cauliflower become properly cooked.
  3. Stir after every 2 minutes. Add garam masala and coriander leaves. Serve with hot ghee rotis.

My Tip:

You can use refined oil .
