Atta and brown sugar cake

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Wheat flour 2cups
  2. Brown sugar 1 cup
  3. Cocoa powder 1/2 cup
  4. Baking powder 2 tsp
  5. Baking soda 1/2tsp
  6. Butter 1/2 cup(room temp)
  7. Oil 1/2 cup
  8. Milk 1 cup (or as required to make paste form)

Instructions

  1. Sieve the flour, baking powder, baking soda and add the brown sugar to it.
  2. Mix the flour mixture with wet ingredients (oil, butter and milk)
  3. Pour the mixture in to greased and dusted tin.
  4. Use oven or cooker to bake.
