Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. RICE 1 cup (boiled)
  2. Methi leaves 1 cup chopped
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Wheat flour 2 cup
  5. Sesame seeds 2 spoon
  6. Water as required
  7. Oil 2 spoon
  8. Turmeric powder 1/4 spoon
  9. Red chilli powder 1 spoon
  10. Coriander powder 1/2 spoon
  11. Methi leaves 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl.
  2. Add all the above ingredients.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Make a dough .
  5. Rest for 15 minutes
  6. Make a thepla.
  7. Place in the pan.
  8. Greased with oil.
  9. Roasted both sides.
  10. Serve hot.
