  • Tuver daal 1 cup
  • salt to taste
  • turmeric powder 1/4 spoon
  • red chilli powder 1/2 spoon
  • Garam masala 1 spoon
  • oil as required
  • cumin seeds 1/2 spoon
  • mustard seeds 1/2 spoon
  • asafoetida a pinch
  • For dhokli
  • wheat flour 2 cup
  • methi leaves 1/2 cup
  • red chilly powder 1/2 tsp
  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • sesame seeds 2 spoon
  • oil as required

How to make Daal dhokli with methi flavour

  1. First boil the daal in a pressure cooker.
  2. Then take a bowl.
  3. Then take all above ingredients of dhokli.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Make a dough.
  6. Then make a roti from the Dough.
  7. Then cut it in square shape.
  8. Take a pan .add oil add cumin seeds, mustard seeds.Asafoetida.
  9. Then add curry leaves.cloves.
  10. Add boil daal .Add all spices. Then add square shape dhokli.
  11. Stirring for some time so masala dissolved in it.
  12. Add lemon juice in it.

Garnish with coriander leaves.
