  • rice 1 cup
  • Green chana 1/2 cup
  • salt to taste
  • mustard seeds 1/2 spoon
  • cumin seeds 1/2 spoon
  • cloves 2
  • bay leaf half
  • butter 1 spoon
  • asafoetida a pinch

How to make Green chana pulao

  1. Take a rice . Wash it.
  2. In a pressure cooker . Add butter .
  3. Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, Asafoetida, bay leaf.
  4. Add cloves, curry leaves.
  5. Then add rice and , chana.
  6. Add 3 cup water and $alt.
  7. Take 3 whistle.
