ABOUT Pumpkin Spice Latte RECIPE

Pumpkin spice latte is a starbucks favorite. A much healthier version of pumpkin spice latte can be prepared at home where one can go easy with both sugar and cream and also it will be free from artificial flavoring and preservatives.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 cups Milk
  2. 1/2 Cup strong brewed coffee
  3. 4 tbsp pumpkin puree (Boil pumpkin cubes and blend to make a smooth puree)
  4. 2 tsp sugar
  5. 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  6. For the pumpkin pie spice mix in equal portions the following spices:
  7. cinnamon powder 1 tsp
  8. ginger powder 1 tsp
  9. nutmeg powder 1 tsp
  10. clove powder 1 tsp
  11. 1 tsp Vanila extract
  12. Unsweetend Whipped cream


  1. In a deep pan combine pumpkin puree, sugar, pumpkin pie spice and vanilla extract. Cook until the puree starts to bubble up.
  2. Add milk and whisk continuously until the mixture is hot and frothy.
  3. Pour the coffee into a large mug and add the hot milk.
  4. Top it up with some whipped cream and sprinkle some pumpkin pie spice.
