Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Ready puri 100 pieces
  2. Imli 100 gms
  3. Jaggery 250 gms
  4. Salt as pe taste
  5. Chilly as per taste
  6. Jeera powder - 3 to 4 tsp
  7. Pepper powder - 2 to 3 tsp
  8. Dhaniya powder - 3 to 4 tsp
  9. Coriander 1 bunch
  10. Green chilly 6
  11. Garlic cloves - 4
  12. Curd 400 ml
  13. Nylon sev 200 gms
  14. Boiled smashed potatoes 8 pieces of medium size
  15. Sprouted moong 200 gms
  16. Boiled Black Kala Chana 200 gms

Instructions

  1. First soak imli for 1 hour and boil it. Add jaggery when it cools down. Add salt, chilly, jeera powder, pepper, dhaniya as per your taste.
  2. Make green chutney in a mixer grinder with green coriander, green chilly 6 pieces, garlic cloves 4, salt, jeera and lemon juice.
  3. Now make garlic chutney of garlic cloves, red chilly and salt.
  4. Now in a plate take puri, pour curd, imli chutney, green chutney and garlic chutney. Fill puri with potato, sprout and black chana. Garnished with nylon sev and coriander.
