Ragi Urad Dal pancakes

Ingredients to make Ragi Urad Dal pancakes

  • urad dal soaked for 5hrs
  • Rice flour
  • Ragi flour
  • salt 1tsp
  • oil for shallow frying
  • coriander leaves for garnish

How to make Ragi Urad Dal pancakes

  1. Soak the urad dal for 5hrs and grind it to a smooth batter.
  2. Now add ragi flour and rice flour to the batter
  3. Add salt and allow it to ferment at room temperature for 1 hour
  4. Now take a frying pan add oil and spread the batter mixture evenly.
  5. Allow it to be crispy by putting in simmer for 15mins.
  6. Flip both sides till golden brown.
  7. Garnish with coriander and coconut chutney
