Besan barfi

Ingredients to make Besan barfi

  • besan 2 cup
  • Powder sugar 1 cup
  • Pure ghee 1 cup

How to make Besan barfi

  1. Heat the ghee in a pan.
  2. Add the besan .and saute on a low heat. For ten minutes.
  3. Add the powder sugar and mix well.
  4. Grease a tray with ghee.
  5. Pour the gram flour mixture into the tray and spread it.
  6. Cool and cut in to a square shape and serve.

My Tip:

You can also garnished with dryfruit.
