Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 10 readymade papris
  2. 2 cup beaten curd.
  3. 2 boil potatoes
  4. 2 tbs ginger lacha.
  5. Salt n pepper
  6. 1/4tsp chat masala.
  7. Green coriander.
  8. 2 tbs pudina chatni.
  9. 2 tbs red chatni.

Instructions

  1. Arrange papris in a platter.
  2. Put boil potato dices.
  3. Beat d curd.
  4. Pour on it.
  5. Sprinkle salt.pepper n chat masala.
  6. Pour both chatnis.
  7. Garnish with ginger lacha n coriander leaves.
