ABOUT Non ~fasting sabudana khichadi RECIPE

This is my style comfort food,this cannot be had in fast. To achieve great pearly khichadi it is necessary to soak properly. For 1 cup sabudana 1 cup water is added to soak.Soaking should be done in wide vessel like thali or parrat.When sabudanas are soft drain excess water if any .Put on strainer for few min to avoid any excess water.Just like that u will get perfect pearly sabudana khichadi.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 tbsp oil
  2. 1spoon jeera
  3. Green chillies 3 to 4 finely chopped
  4. 1 large potato finely chopped
  5. sing dhana 2 tbsp
  6. sabudana soaked
  7. turmeric powder 1 tsp
  8. red chilli pwd 2 tsp
  9. lemon juice 1 tsp
  10. Jeeralu pwd for garnishing
  11. coriander leaves to garnish

Instructions

  1. In a pan heat oil.
  2. Add jeera .
  3. When jeera splutter add green chillies
  4. Add potatoes
  5. Let the potatoes soften.
  6. Then season with salt turmeric, red chilli pwd.
  7. Add sabudana pearls.
  8. Stir for few seconds
  9. serve hot adding lemon.
  10. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  11. On the top Some jeeralu powder.
  12. Enjoyyy with hot ginger tea.
