Ingredients to make Flower Cake

  • 1 cup refind flour
  • 1 cup condesed milk
  • 200 gm butter
  • 1/2tbsp baking soda
  • 3/4 baking powder
  • salt 1/3 tbsp
  • Vanila essence 1/2tbsp
  • For icing:-
  • cream 1 cup
  • butter 150 gm
  • Icing sugar 5 tbsp
  • Food colour

How to make Flower Cake

  1. Take a bowl add all dry mixture sieve it.
  2. Take condesned milk &butter .bitter it for 5 minutes or till it fluffy
  3. Mix all the ingredients. Add 4 tbsp hot milk .
  4. Mix it properly.. make sure that no lungs will be
  5. Pre heat oven for 10 minutes at 180°c
  6. Pour better in mould set it properly
  7. Cook 180°c for 35 minutes
  8. After 35 min Check if done then let it cool. If not then again set for 10 minutes
  9. For icing :-bitter cream &Icing sugar for 4 minutes.divide into 3 parts
  10. Add pink food clour .fill this mixture in piping bag.
  11. When cake is cool spread pink icing properly.
  12. Add green food colour in another icing part .change knot
  13. Make flower.smilarly with orange flower

My Tip:

When cake is hot don't spread icing
