Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 cup wheat flour
  2. 1/2 tsp salt
  3. 1/2 tsp carrom seeds
  4. 1/4 cup milk
  5. water, as required
  6. 1/2 cup spinach blanched
  7. 1 tbsp curd
  8. 1 tsp oil
  9. 1/2 cup grated paneer
  10. 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  11. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  12. salt, as required
  13. ghee, as required

Instructions

  1. Take flour, salt, carrom seeds and milk in a bowl and make dough with water, rest aside.
  2. In a pan, take oil add ginger garlic paste and sauté for a min till raw smell goes off.
  3. Add curd and sauté for a min.
  4. Add blanched and chopped spinach and mix well.
  5. Add salt , red chilli powder and sauté for 1-2 mins.
  6. Add grated paneer and mix well till the whole filling gets a little dry.
  7. Switch off the gas and let it cool.
  8. Take a ball from dough and flatten it a bit.
  9. Keep the filling in centre and roll into a ball again.
  10. With dry flour roll into a parantha on a rolling board.
  11. Heat up tawa and shallow fry the parantha on both sides till brown.
  12. Serve hot with your favourite pickle or curd.
