Ingredients to make Makhana chaat

  • 3 cup makhana
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 spoon Black salt
  • turmeric powder 1/2 spoon
  • Chaat masala 1/2 spoon
  • ghee 3 tsp

How to make Makhana chaat

  1. Take a pan. Add ghee.
  2. Add makhana . Roasted it for 10 minutes
  3. Then add turmeric powder. Mix well .
  4. Then add chaat masala and salt.

My Tip:

You can also add red chilly powder.
