  • sugar powder - 1/2 cup
  • Cocoa powder - 1/4 cup
  • Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Beet juice - 1/4 cup
  • Dark + milk chocolate - 2/3 cup
  • butter - 3 tbsp
  • Milk - 3/4 cup

How to make Eggless Red Velvet Choco Lava Cake .

  1. ADD 1/2 CUP MAIDA
  2. 1/2 CUP SUGAR POWDER
  3. 1/4 CUP COCOA POWDER
  4. 1/2 TSP BAKING POWDER
  5. SEIVE EVERYTHING 3 TO 4 TIMES
  6. SEIVED MIXTURE
  7. MELT 2/3 CUP OF DARK CHOCOLATE IN A DOUBLE BOILER OR (DARK CHOCLATE + MILK CHOCOLATE)
  8. ADD 3 TBSPS BUTTER
  9. KEEP STIRRING WHILE MELTING
  10. DONE
  11. ADD A PART OF 3/4 CUP MILK TO THE DRY MIXTURE
  12. SAVE SOME ADD 1/4 CUP FRESH BEET JUICE
  13. ADD THE MELTED CHOCOLATE TO THE WET MIXTURE
  14. ADD REMAINING MILK MIXING GRADUALLY
  15. POUR INTO WELL GREASED ALUMINUM LINERS OR STEEL CUPS. FILL 3/4 OF EACH CUP
  16. BAKE AT 180 DEGREES IN A PREHEATED OVEN FOR 10 TO 11 MINUTES ONLY
  17. HERE IT'S DONE WITH WOBBLY INTERIOR AND CRUSTY EXTERIOR. PERFECT!
  18. REST FOR 15 TO 20 SECONDS AND INVERT ON A PLATE CAREFULLY TAPPING THE BOTTOM SLOWLY.
