  1. Capsicum 1/2 cup
  2. Carrot 1/2 cup
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Mustard seeds 1/2 spoon
  5. Cumin seeds 1/2 spoon
  6. Curry leaves ,,5-6
  7. Oil as required
  8. Turmeric powder 1/2= spoon
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Curry leaves

Instructions

  1. Take a pan.Add oil.
  2. Add cumin seeds and ,mustard seed,curry leaves.
  3. Add all the veggies.
  4. Then add turmeric powder and salt.
  5. Mix well.
