About Mango Panna Cotta Recipe

A soft & silky dessert.

Mango Panna Cotta

Ingredients to make Mango Panna Cotta

  • Skimmed Milk - 1 1/4 cup
  • cream - 1/4 cup
  • Vanilla extract - 1 tsp
  • sugar - 1/4 cup
  • Gelatin or agar-agar powder (veg) - 1 packet dissolve with 2 tbsp warm water
  • mango puree - 3/4 cup

How to make Mango Panna Cotta

  1. Pour milk and cream in a pan on medium heat, let it be warm. Keep stirring and add sugar and mix properly till it starts boiling. Remove pan from heat and dissolve the gelatin. Mix properly.
  2. Strain in another bowl, when it comes to room temperature add the mango puree.
  3. Keep in the freezer to set. Check once it is set. Add mango puree on top of it.
  4. Keep in the fridge to set, serve chilled.

My Tip:

Add extra mango puree when serving.

one pkt gelatin means how much quantity n one more query room temperature tak wait karenge to panna cotta set ho jayega tab tak to kya tab b mango puree add ki ja sakti hai aur wo wapas se set ho jayega pls reply
