Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Chenna 1 cup
  2. Maida 2 cups
  3. Sugar 2 tbsp
  4. A pinch of salt
  5. A pinch of cardamom powder
  6. Baking soda 1 pinch
  7. 1 cup sugar for Syrup
  8. 1 cups water for sugar syrup

Instructions

  1. Mash everything properly and make a very smooth and a soft dough.
  2. Make balls out of chena mixture and flatten them without any crack.
  3. Heat one cup sugar with one cups of water. Heat till you get a sticky syrup. Add a pinch of cardamom. Keep aside.
  4. Fry all the chenna patties in hot oil. Once fried, drop all the patties in the sugar syrup.
