Ingredients to make Baked vegetables

  • 1/2cup carrot
  • 1/2 cup chopped beans
  • 1 cup cauliflower chopped
  • 1 cup broccoli chopped
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup mashroom
  • 2 table spoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups grated cheese
  • For sauce
  • 2 cups full cream milk
  • 2 table spoon maida
  • 2 table spoon butter
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • chilli flakes 1 table spoon
  • Italian seasoning 1 table sooon

How to make Baked vegetables

  1. Take a pan add butter ,melt it
  2. Add onion stir fry till glossy .
  3. Add mix vegetables and continue to stir fry over high heat till vegetables kook glossy.
  4. Add salt, black pepper .And keep aside.
  5. Take another pan ,add butter in it
  6. Add maida in it , saute it for 2 minutes.
  7. Add milk slowly at low flame, to avoid lumps stir continuesly.
  8. Add salt and pepper ,mix well.
  9. Check consistency.
  10. Pour white sauce over the vegetables.and mix well.
  11. Now transfer the mixture into oven proof serving dish
  12. Sprinkle cheese over the mixture.
  13. Sprinkle chilli flakes and Italian seasoning too.
  14. Bake in a preheated oven for 30 to 40minutes at 180℃
  15. Serve hot with dinner rolls or bread toast or roti ,naan .
