Ingredients to make Jackfruits shami kababst

  • Jackfruit 250 grams
  • Green peas 2 tablespoons
  • Chcikpeas flour 2 tablespoons
  • onion 1 Medium Size
  • 2 green chillies
  • lemon juice 1 teaspoon
  • salt 1 teaspoon
  • red chilli Powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon
  • chaat masala 1 teaspoon
  • oil for frying

How to make Jackfruits shami kababst

  1. Boil the chopped jackfruit
  2. Mashed the boiled jackfruit in a chopper
  3. Boil and mashed the peas too
  4. Chopped onion, green chillies and coriander
  5. roast the chickpea flour by adding 1 teaspoon oil
  6. Add the roasted chickpea flour in mashed jackfruit and peas
  7. Add all the spices and chopped onion, green chillies and coriander leaves in it
  8. Add lemon juice in it
  9. Mix well
  10. Give the desired shape of kababs
  11. Deep fry till golden
  12. Serve hot with pudina curd chutney and onion rings
