Choco Banana Appams

Ingredients to make Choco Banana Appams

  • Whole wheat flour 1 cup
  • Mashed ripe banana 1 cup (approximately 2 bananas)
  • Cocco powder 1 to 2 tablespoon
  • Vanilla essence 2 teaspoon
  • Beaten egg 1
  • Powder sugar 1/2 cup
  • oil 1 tablespoon
  • Milk 1/2 cup

How to make Choco Banana Appams

  1. In a mixing bowl take wheat flour , beaten egg, cocco powder , sugar, baking soda , vanilla essence , milk and oil
  2. Mix well and beat vigorously in one direction
  3. Grease appam pan with little oil
  4. Pour ready batter in greased appam pan till 3/4 th level
  5. Cook on low heat , turn when done from one side
  6. Cook from both sides till golden in colour
  7. Serve hot or cold it tastes equally yum , with maple syrup , chocolate syrup or as it is.
