Orange Cheesecake

Ingredients to make Orange Cheesecake

  • Mariegold biscuits 14-15
  • butter 2 tbsp
  • Hung curd 300 gm
  • cottage cheese 300 gm
  • Castor sugar 1 cup
  • Vanilla essence 1 tesp
  • Orange sauce 1 cup
  • Agar agar 1/4 cup
  • White chocolate ganache 1/2 cup

How to make Orange Cheesecake

  1. SOAK 1/4 CUP AGAR AGAR STRIPS IN 1 CUP OF WATER FOR HALF AN HOUR.
  2. TAKE 14-15 MARIEGOLD BISCUITS IN A GRINDER.
  3. GRIND.
  4. GRIND.
  5. ADD 2 TBSP OF MELTED BUTTER AND CHURN AGAIN.
  6. SPREAD THE MIXTURE IN A SPRING FORM CAKE MOULD EVENLY.
  7. PRESS TIGHTLY TO FORM A BASE AND REFRIGERATE FOR HALF AN HOUR.
  8. IN A BLENDER TAKE 300 GM COTTAGE CHEESE, 300 GM HUNG CURD.
  9. ADD 1 CUP CASTOR SUGAR AND 1 TESP VANILLA ESSENCE.
  10. BLEND TOGETHER TO A SMOOTH PASTE.
  11. BLEND TOGETHER TO A SMOOTH PASTE.
  12. REMOVE THE MIXTURE TO A BOWL, SET ASIDE.
  13. HEAT SOAKED AGAR AGAR AND COOK ON LOW UNTIL AGAR AGAR MELTS COMPLETELY.
  14. AGAR AGAR HAS MELT AND MIXTURE THICKENED.
  15. HEAT UP HALF CUP ORANGE SAUCE.
  16. STRAIN DISSOLVED AGAR AGAR MIXTURE IN WARM ORANGE SAUCE.
  17. MIX.
  18. ADD ORANGE AGAR AGAR MIXTURE IN CREAM CHEESE MIXTURE QUICKLY.
  19. IMMEDIATELY POUR ORANGE CREAM CHEESE MIXTURE OVER BISCUIT BASE IN MOULD.
  20. REFRIGERATE FOR AT LEAST HALF AN HOUR.
  21. MIX TOGETHER HALF CUP WHITE CHOCOLATE GANACHE WITH HALF CUP WARM ORANGE SAUCE.
  22. POUR PREPARED CHOCOLATE MIX OVER CREAM CHEESE CAKE AND REFRIGERATE FOR 5-6 HOURS TO SET COMPLETELY.
