  • Rice flour 2 Tablespoons
  • salt to taste
  • Ajwan 1/4 teaspoon
  • red chilli powder 2 teaspoon
  • A Pinch of hing
  • oil for deep fry
  • Little water
  • 10 uncooked papads

How to make Papad baji

  1. TAKE A BOWL AND ADD 2 CUPS OF BESAN FLOUR
  2. ADD 2 TABLESPOON OF RICE FLOUR AND RED CHILLI POWDER AND AJWAN AND SALT
  3. ADD HING
  4. MIX WELL
  5. AND ADD WATER LITTLE BY LITTLE AND MIX WELL
  6. LIKE THAT IDLY BATTER CONSISTENCY
  7. HEAT A OIL READY TO FRY THE PAPAD BAJI, DIP THE PAPAD TO BAJI BATTER AND FRY
  8. FLIP THE BAJI, COOK FOR 2 MINUTES
  9. TAKE OUT AND TRANSFER THE PLATE WITH TISSUE PAPER
  10. EASY AND TASTY SOFT "PAPAD BAJI" IS READY TO SERVE WITH TOMATO SAUCE OR FRESH COCONUT CHUTNEY
