Caramelised Banana Fry

Ingredients to make Caramelised Banana Fry

  • Kerala banana ( Nedrapazham) - 2 Nos (Ripe)
  • cardamom Powder :- 1 tsp
  • sugar :- 2 tbsp
  • Grated coconut:- 2 tbsp
  • ghee :- 2 tbsp

How to make Caramelised Banana Fry

  1. Cut banana in to circles
  2. Heat ghee in a non stick pan, add sugar and allow it to caramel, until it turns brown.
  3. Once sugar turns brown, add cardamom powder, fry for a second and add sliced banana. Allow it cook on low heat until it turns crispy and brown in color
  4. Flip other side of banana and cook until it gets crispy.
  5. Add grated coconut, stir once and switch off the heat and serve hot.
