This is a quick recipe of pakodas or fritters, made with raw bananas, to be served with evening tea.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Chickpea flour 1/2 cup
  2. Rice flour 1 cup
  3. Raw banana 2
  4. Red chilli powder 1 spoon
  5. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Take a pan.
  2. Boil the water. Add banana.
  3. After 10 minutes. Peel the banana.
  4. Take a bowl. Add all the above ingredients.
  5. Make a batter.
  6. Then add banana pieces into it.
  7. Then make a pakoda.
  8. And fry in the pan.
