Ingredients to make Nendrabale kele upkari

  • Nendrabale bananas 3
  • ghee 2 Tbsp
  • mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • green chillies 3
  • salt to taste

How to make Nendrabale kele upkari

  1. Chop the bananas
  2. In a pan take ghee
  3. Add mustard seeds
  4. When it splutters add slit green chillies and saute
  5. Add chopped bananas
  6. Add salt to taste
  7. Add water just enough to cook bananas
  8. Cover and cook till done

My Tip:

Usually the ripe nendrabale bananas are sweet. Sugar or jaggery can be added to adjust sweetness if required
