Ingredients to make Panasakhand(jackfruit Shrikhand)

  • Ripe Jackfruit...1 cup
  • curd.....500gram
  • sugar....1/2 cup
  • cardamom powder...1/4 spoon
  • Dryfruits (cashew & Almond).....3 spoons
  • Few saffron
  • Hot milk....2spoons

How to make Panasakhand(jackfruit Shrikhand)

  1. Here i used"" Milkey mist fresh curd".
  2. Grind jackfruit in a mix without water.
  3. Add saffron into hot milk.
  4. Take out curd from fridge and whip it using electric beater.
  5. Now add grinded jackfruit(jackfruit puree) into the whipped curd.
  6. Add saffron milk to it
  7. Add dry fruits to it
  8. Tasty Shrikhand is ready.If required , Shrikhand can be kept inside fridge to taste it later.

My Tip:

Hung curd can also be used instead of Milkey mist fresh curd.
