  • coriander leaves 2 cups roughly chopped.
  • maida 6 tbsp.
  • besan 8 tbsp.
  • Rice flour 2 tbsp.
  • salt as needed.
  • turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp.
  • water as needed.
  • Green chilli 1 tbsp chopped.
  • Refined oil 1 cup.

How to make Coriander leaves pakora.

  1. Take a mixing bowl & add moida, rice flour, besan , salt, green chilli & water .
  2. Mix them well.
  3. Wash the coriander leaves with water.
  4. Add the washed chopped coriander leaves in the mixing bowl.
  5. Heat oil in a pan.
  6. Deep fry the coated leaves into oil until it becomes golden brown.
  7. Now coriander leaves pakora is ready to serve.
