Ingredients to make Egg curry

  • Boiled egg 4.
  • Boiled potatoes 4.
  • onion 2 chopped.
  • tomato 1 chopped.
  • tomato paste 6 tbsp.
  • Green chilli 2.
  • ginger paste 2 tbsp.
  • garlic paste 1 tbsp.
  • turmeric powder 2 tbsp.
  • Red chilli powder 3 tbsp.
  • Vegetable oil 1 cup.
  • Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp.

How to make Egg curry

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Fry the boiled egg & boiled potatoes till it golden brown.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste & chopped onion in the remaining oil & stir it for 2 minutes.
  4. Add turmeric powder , salt & red chili powder & cook for 1 minute.
  5. Add tomato slice & tomato paste in it.
  6. Stir well & fry till the oil separates.
  7. Add water & fried eggs & potatoes in this gravy.
  8. Cook in medium flame for 10 minutes.
  9. Open the lid & add garam masala.
  10. Turn off the heat
  11. Garnish with green chilli & coriander leaves.
  12. Serve hot with steamed rice / rooti / paratha.
