  • coconut - 3pieces (grated)
  • salt- to taste
  • To temper:
  • Mustar seeds - 1tsp
  • Urad dhal - 1tsp
  • red chilli - 3
  • curry leaves - few

How to make Maasi Podimas (Dried Tuna)

  1. IN A WOK ADD 4TSP OF OIL AND A TSP OF MUSTARD SEEDS AND URAD DAL
  2. ADD FEW CURRY LEAVES AND 3 TO 4 RED CHILLIES
  3. ADD CHOPPED ONIONS
  4. ADD REQUIRED SALT
  5. SAUTE IT WELL
  6. ADD TOMATOES AND 2 TSP OF CHILLI POWDER. SAUTE UNTIL TOMATOES GETS MASHED
  7. ADD GRATED COCONUT. SAUTE IT FOR 2 TO 3 MINUTES ON LOW FLAME
  8. FINALLY ADD 2TBSP OF DRIED TUNA,MIX IT . SWITCH OFF FLAME
