Maggi Masala tikka can be served as starter/ evening snack/ tiffin for your kids

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Maggi Noodles 1 packet
  2. Boiled potatoes grated 2 nos
  3. Boiled carrot grated 1 nos
  4. Chopped Onion 2 nos
  5. ginger - garlic paste 3tsp
  6. chop corriender
  7. Olive oil/ vegetable oil 3tbsps
  8. Chat Masala 1 tsp
  9. Bread crumbs/ Biscuit powder as required
  10. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil a packet of maggi in 2 cups of water , or simply use left over maggi
  2. Take a medium bowl and grate 8n boiled potatoes and carrots and bread crumbs into boiled noddles and mix well. Don't worry about breaking the noddles. That doesn't matter
  3. Add into it , the ginger garlic paste,chat masala ,maggi masala optional. Add salt as per as your taste and add chop corinder and mix
  4. Once the mixture is done properly. Shape them into small flat balls. Take tikkas
  5. Dip the tikkas in the biscuit powder for crispy texture and deep fry or shallow fry. Soak them in tissue papper to get rid of excess oil , sprinkle chat masala or magi masala and serve with tamarind daniya chutney.
