Ingredients to make Sweet potato halwa

  • Boiled sweet potato 4
  • sugar 1 tbsp or accordingly
  • Chopped nuts 1/2 cup
  • cardamom powder 1 tsp
  • ghee 2 tbsp
  • Chopped cashew nuts for garnishing

How to make Sweet potato halwa

  1. Peel and grate the sweet potato
  2. Heat ghee in a pan add grated sweet potato fry until golden on medium heat.
  3. Now add sugar chopped nuts and cardamom powder mix it well.
  4. Cook for 5 minute on slow heat. Switch off the gas.
  5. Garnish with chopped cashew nuts and serve.

My Tip:

You can also add saffron.
