Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Rice - 2 cups
  2. Coconut - 1 cup
  3. Cooked rice - 1/2 cup
  4. Yeast-2 gm
  5. Butter - 1 tbsp
  6. grated cheese - 2 cubes
  7. Grated carrot - 1 nos
  8. Salt - 1/2 tbsp
  9. Sugar - 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. RICE 2 CUPS, COCONUT 1CUP, COOKED RICE 1/2, YEAST 2 GM, SALT SUGAR
  2. PUT ALL THE INGREDIENTS INTO MIXIER GRINDER ( EXCEPT. YEAST & SUGAR) AND MAKE A FINE PASTE
  3. ADD YEAST AND SUGAR WITH LUKE WARM WATER AND KEEP FOR 30 MINUTES.
  4. MIX WELL YEAST AND POUR INTO APPAM BATTER . KEEP ASIDE FOR 6 - 7 HOURS FOR FERMENTATION.
  5. GRATED CARROT AND CHEESE. Mix chilly flakes.
  6. HEAT APPAM PAN , POUR 2 TBSP BATTER INTO EACH HALVES AND 1 CHEESE.
  7. ADD GRATED CARROT AND BUTTER.
  8. CARROT APPAM CANOPIES READY
