ABOUT Fried Prawns RECIPE

prawns are a delicious source of Omega 3. It is heart healthy food and are low fat food.Prawns are delicious and requires very little effort to cook.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. prawns medium size - 10
  2. Salt
  3. oil to fry
  4. light soya sauce - 2 tbsp
  5. worchestershire sauce - 1 tsp
  6. Chili powder - 1 tsp
  7. Turmeric Powder - 1/4 th tsp
  8. Garlic crushed - 2

Instructions

  1. devein and clean the prawns
  2. marinade for an hour with all ingredients except oil and garlic
  3. heat oil in a wok and add garlic
  4. add the prawns and fry till done.
