Ingredients to make Air fried banana muffins

  • banana -1 ( medium size)
  • wheat flour -1/2 cup
  • Baking powder -1/2 tsp
  • cinnamon powder -1/4 tsp
  • egg - 1
  • oil -1/4 cup
  • sugar -1/4 cup
  • Vanilla extract -1/2 tsp
  • Icing sugar ,cinnamon powder for sprinkling - little
  • honey for serving.

How to make Air fried banana muffins

  1. INGREDIENTS:BANANA -1, WHEAT FLOUR -1/2 CUP,BAKING POWDER-1/2 TSP,OIL-1/4 CUP, SUGAR-1/4 CUP,VANILLA EXTRACT-1/2 TSP,CINNAMON POWDER-1/4 TSP,HONEY TO SERVE.
  2. ADD EGG,OIL AND SUGAR IN A BOWL.
  3. BEAT IT.
  4. ADD 1/2 TSP VANILLA EXTRACT AND FINELY CHOPPED BANANA.
  5. BLEND IT WELL.
  6. BEAT TILL SUGAR DISSOLVES.
  7. NOW SIEVE 1/2 CUP WHEAT FLOUR,1/2 TSP BAKING POWDER,1/4 TSP CINNAMON POWDER.
  8. SIEVE DIRECTLY IN THE BOWL.
  9. GENTLY MIX IT.
  10. BRUSH THE MUFFIN CUPS WITH FEW DROPS OF OIL.
  11. NOW CHECK THE CONSISTENCY OF MUFFIN BATTER.
  12. IF IT IS THICK ADD 2 TBSP OF MILK.MIX WELL.
  13. POUR THE BATTER, 3/4 TH OF CUPS
  14. POUR BATTER INTO 5 MUFFIN CUPS.
  15. PREHEAT AIR FRYER TO 200 DEGREE FOR 3 MINUTES.
  16. ARRANGE THE MUFFIN CUPS IN THE BAKING TRAY OR BASKET.
  17. KEEP INSIDE THE AIRFRYER AND CLOSE IT.
  18. SET THE AIR FRYER AT 180DEGREE FOR 7 MINUTES.
  19. AFTER SEVEN MINUTES CHECK IT.
  20. CHECK IF THE TOOTHPICK COMES UP WITHOUT BATTER.
  21. BATTER IS THERE,SO BAKE FOR ANORHER 3 MINUTES.
  22. KEEP WATCHING.
  23. NOW AFTER 3 MINUTES OPEN.
  24. CHECK IT IF THE MUFFINS ARE READY.
  25. LEAVE IT TO COOL FOR HALF AN HOUR.
  26. SPRINKLE LITTLE ICING SUGAR AND CINNAMON POWDER.
  27. REMOVE IT FROM THE CUPS, SERVE WITH HONEY.
  28. BANANA MUFFIN READY! HEALTHY AND YUMMY.
