Sweet potato chakli

Ingredients to make Sweet potato chakli

  • Sweet potato 250gm
  • Sama rice flour 1/2cup
  • red chilli powder
  • salt to tast
  • jeera powder1 teaspoon
  • oil for frying

How to make Sweet potato chakli

  1. Boil sweet potato.
  2. Remove skin and mashed it.
  3. In mashed potatoes add sama rice flour salt red chilli powder and cumin powder mix well.and make a medium dough.
  4. Grased chalki maker with oil
  5. Poure dough in chalki maker.
  6. Make a chakli on plastic papar.
  7. Heat oil in kadai.
  8. Add chakli in oil and deep fry on medium flame
  9. Remove from kadai.
  10. Cool it .store in air tight container.

My Tip:

Fry on medium flame
