Orange Squash

Ingredients to make Orange Squash

  • Juice of 2 kg oranges
  • 400 gm sugar
  • 1/2 litre water
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp pottasium metabisulfite

How to make Orange Squash

  1. HEAT 500 ML WATER, ADD 400 GMS SUGAR
  2. WHEN THE SUGAR MELTS, TAKE OFF HEAT, LET IT COOL
  3. ADD THE JUICE OF 2 KG ORANGES, 2 TBSP LEMON JUICE
  4. DILUTE 1/4 TSP POTASSIUM METABISULFITE WITH 1/4 CUP LIQUID, STIR IN
  5. AFTER 3 DAYS, TAKE 1/4 GLASS OF SQUASH, ADD 3/4 CUP OF WATER, MIX & ENJOY !
