Ingredients to make Chocolate Balls

  • 1 packet Act 2 popcorn
  • 2 tbsp raisins
  • 2 tbsp cranberries
  • Pinch of salt
  • 140 gm Chocolate

How to make Chocolate Balls

  1. POP THE CORN AS INSTRUCTED ON THE PACKET.
  2. POUR POPCORN INTO A LARGE BOWL, ADD 2 TBSP CRANBERRIES, 2 TBSP RAISINS & PINCH OF SALT
  3. HEAT 140 GM OF MILK COMPOUND CHOCOLATE IN MICROWAVE AT 60° TEMPERATURE FOR 2-3 MINUTES.
  4. POUR OVER THE POPCORN AND STIR TO COAT AS THOROUGHLY AS POSSIBLE.
  5. SHAPE INTO SMALL BALLS, WITH HANDS OR IN SILICON MOULD. PLACE IN FRIDGE FOR 5 MINUTES TO SET
  6. TRANSFER THE CHOCOLATE BALLS IN PAPER CUPS
