  1. பீட்ரூட் ஆவில வேக வைக்கவும்
  2. கடாய்ல எண்ணை ஊற்றவும்
  3. குறைந்த ப்ஃளேம்ல கடுகு தாளித்து வெந்த பீட்ரூட் போடவும்
  4. உப்பு ,காரப்பொடி சேர்த்து நன்றாக வதக்கவும்
