Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Tomato puree 1 cup
  2. Tamarind 1 Gooesberry size
  3. Cumin powder 1 tsp
  4. Tumeric 1/2 tsp
  5. Oregano 1/2 tsp
  6. Red chilli 1 (optional)
  7. Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  8. Chilli 2 (optional)
  9. Garlic 5 crushed
  10. salt as per taste
  11. Oil 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. FIRST SEPARATE JUICE IN TAMARIND KEEP ASIDE. SECOND GRIND TOMATO PUREE KEEP IT ASIDE.
  2. FRY OREGANO IN OIL
  3. ADD CUMIN, CRUSHED GARLIC,
  4. ADD TUMERIC AND PEPPER
  5. ADD TOMATO PUREE IN IT
  6. FINALLY ADD SALT AND CORIANDER LEAF
  7. AFTER IT BOIL ONCE ADD TAMARIND WATER MAKE TO BOIL AGAIN ONCE.
  8. KIDS TOMATO RASAM IS READY TO SERVE.
