Ingredients to make Atta Bread

  • 6 cup refined flour
  • 2 cup wheat flour
  • 4cup warm water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup yeast
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 5 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • Milk 1 tbsp

How to make Atta Bread

  1. MIX 1/2 CUP SUGAR WITH 4 CUPS WARM WATER
  2. ADD 1/4 CUP DRY YEAST
  3. COVER & SET ASIDE FOR 10 MINS
  4. TAKE 2 CUPS WHEAT FLOUR, 6 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR, ADD 1 TBSP SALT
  5. ADD 5 TBSP OIL
  6. ADD THE YEAST MIX
  7. MIX & KNEAD INTO A DOUGH
  8. STRETCH & FOLD FOR 10 MINS
  9. GREASE WITH OIL, FOLD
  10. THE DOUGH SHOULD TURN OUT SMOOTH & BOUNCY LIKE THIS
  11. COVER & SET ASIDE IN A WARM PLACE FOR 1 HOUR
  12. PUNCH & ROLL THE DOUBLED UP DOUGH
  13. KEEP IT IN A GREASED MOULD
  14. APPLY OIL, SPRINKLE 1 TBSP SESAME SEEDS
  15. BAKE IT IN A PRE HEATED OVEN AT 180 DEGREES FOR 35 MINS
  16. COOL & DEMOULD
  17. CUT INTO SLICES, SEE HOW SOFT IT'S TURNED OUT
