ABOUT waldorf salad RECIPE

A quick and easy salad, to be served with meal.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Mayonnaise - 1/2 cup
  2. Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  3. White pepper - 1/4 tsp
  4. Salt - to taste
  5. Sugar powder - 1 tsp
  6. Apple - 2 cut in cubes
  7. Grapes - 1/2 cup
  8. Raisins(optional) - 1/2 cup
  9. Walnut - 1/2 cup
  10. Banana - 1 cut in diced

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl whisk together mayonnaise and lemon juice.
  2. Add white pepper,salt and sugar powder and mix well.
  3. Wash and remove the skin of the apple cut in cubes.
  4. Wash and remove the skin of the banana cut in diced.
  5. Wash and cut the grapes in half.
  6. Add apple cubes,banana,grapes,raisins and walnut in mayonnaise and mix well.
  7. Serve on fresh lettuce.
